Open letter and joint statement on EIB's ESSF policy review

In light of the EIB’s review of its Environmental and Social Sustainability Framework we have teamed up with several NGO’s calling on the Bank to make the most of this opportunity.

We sent an open letter to Werner Hoyer, President of the EIB, as well as a joint statement on Human Rights with our partners. Both papers highlight the urgency for the EIB Management and Shareholders to drastically amend the draft proposals from the EIB in order for the bank to become a more responsible lender.
