CSOs concerns regarding the EU External Investment Plan and recommendations to ensure a pro-poor instrument

The European Commission proposed on the 14th September 2016 to create the European External Investment Plan (EIP) in Africa and European Neighbourhood. This position paper summarises main concerns and challenges identified by a group of NGOs, in which Counter Balance is participating.
